Palestine-Israel - the joint struggle in turbulent times.

The popular unarmed struggle of Palestinian communities joint by Israeli anarchists against the wall and others is not a struggle for the "national liberation" or "self determination" of the Palestinian nation. It is the struggle of Palestinian people which overwhelm majority of them are working people against the threat of transfer, and the suppression and exploitation by the Israeli Zionist settler colonialist project. No one of the involved in the struggle who are not in the Palestinian elite have illusions about the Palestinian elite and the state they will rule and manage after the end of the occupation. No one of the involved in the struggle believe that the end of the direct occupation will solve the 1948 Nacba and the refugees problems. However, they still prefer the end of the occupation and independence from Israel, over the direct Israeli rule, as it will not be an agent of transfer or of so brutal suppression and exploitation.

Bil'in

Seventeen Israelis and a lot of international friends from various countries joined more than usual Bil'iners in the Friday demonstration. Israel's armed forces took positions with their armored jeeps along the old route of the separation fence to prevent the protesters from even coming near the liberated areas which were behind the old route. (Not even to think about approaching the wall built on the border of the freed lands. When we started to go down from the built area of the village towards the old route, the soldiers began to shower us with tear gas. Because of the south east wind we could stay in the fields just beyond the range of the tear gas guns. From time to time the soldiers tried to come nearer and push us away but were repulsed by the tear gas carried by the wind and the tear gas canisters "returned to the sender" by the youngsters.
After more than an hour of total failure - including forays and retreats of the armed forces, they began firing rubber bullets but failed to seriously injure any of the demonstrators.

31/10/2014 , Al Masara occupied Palestine
Occupation forces suppressed a demonstration in Al Ma'asarah and demonstrators blocked the street 3157 in solidarity with Al Aqsa.
Occupation forces suppressed the weekly march in Al Ma'asarah and prevented access to the confiscated land. The demonstrators closed the street 60 and prevented settlers from using the street that connects the settlements, on the village lands, with each other.
The demonstration comes in solidarity with Al Aqsa, which is exposed to the ugliest crimes of the occupation and the settlers. The demonstration was called for by the Popular Committees Against the Wall and settlements in the village with the participation of dozens of international activists and villagers.
The Peoplar Committees in the village confirmed that the popular resistance in the village will continue until defeating the occupation of the Palestinian territories, denouncing the occupation fierce campaigns on the Al-Aqsa Mosque and called on the international community to act to end the occupation.

"Upon arrival of the march to the entrance of the village, there were dozens of Israeli soldiers at the village entrance forming a human barrier to prevent the demonstrators from reaching the confiscated lands. When the demonstrators tried to reach the lands, occupation forces assaulted them and threatened them of arresting if the demonstration does not stop. The demonestrators continued chanting against the occupation in front of the soldiers."

31/10/2014 , Kufur kadom, occupied Palestine
Tens were suffocated in Kufur kadom
Friday, tens of cases were suffocated due to the occupation suppressing Kufur Kadom weekly anti-settlement demonstration. The participatants and villagers chanted slogans condemning the settlement in solidarity with Al Aqasa. Israeli army attacked the demonstration with gas grenades and rubber bullets injuring dozens of demonestrators with suffocation. All of them were treated in the field. The demonstration’s coordinator stressed that today’s march came to support the Al Aqsa, which is under Zionist fierce attack. He also noted that the occupation is deliberately targeting houses with grenades gas and wastewater as a form of collective punishment because of the continuing in demonstrations.

7-11-14 Today was extraordinary in kufr Qaddum.
During recent talks between the army and the Palestinian DCO, the army suggested to open the village's Road partially/gradually, in exchange for ending the protests. In particular the army said it might open the road partially next week, if the village's stops all rock throwing and tire burning today.
So today a hundred locals, a dco official, extra press, 4 Jews 4 Europeans and 4 Koreans participated in a perfectly peaceful and short March towards the road block, and the army blocked us with a symbolic yet threatening force. Moral was as high as ever and all wait expectantly to see if the army lives up to its promise.

South of Hebron Hills

Saturday 8.11.14: Today at the South Hebron Hills - joining Palestinians from A-Twani constructing an unpaved road from the main town Yatta to the road leading to their village. We did the work by hands, being all the time watched by soldiers and policemen and civil administration officer. When a tractor came to do some of the work more easily, they threatened the driver and used some stupid accuse why it is not allowed.

Don't say we did not know 426#

The IDF continues harming Palestinian residents of the Jordan valley.

On Monday, 20th October, 2014, they demolished a family's home and four sheepfolds in Jiftlik. On Wednesday, 22nd October, 2014, the IDF evacuated residents of Ras El Ahmar, near 'Atuf, at 6.00 a.m., due to military exercises in the area. At around 6:00 p.m. the residents returned. The same day, the IDF evacuated residents near Hammam El Malih, below the Crusader monastery. The inhabitants returned at 2:00 p.m.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
On Wednesday, 22nd October, 2014, government representatives escorted by police came to Bedouin areas and demolished homes.
In A-Zarnug, north of Road 25, they demolished a home. North of the township 'Ar'ara they demolished another one. In Bir Hadaj, near Kibbutz Revivim, they demolished three homes.
Don't say we didn’t know 427
The Bedouin village Umm El-Kheir, situated in the South Hebron hills, has suffered for years from policies of demolition and harassment from residents of the settlement Carmel. On Monday, 27th October, 2014, IDF and police forces arrived in the western part of the village and demolished four homes and two outhouses. Twenty people were made homeless. They went on to demolish a tabun (traditional outdoor oven, used for baking bread) - without a demolition order - that the settlers had demanded of the Court be demolished. Two days later, the soldiers returned and demolished the tabun, while it was being repaired.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

For quite some time, we have been witnessing the phenomenon of arrest used as punishment - of both Bedouin and Palestinian Israeli citizens. This is neither for interrogation nor detention prior to imprisonment. The incarceration continues long after any interrogation has finished. Lamentably, the courts authorize these policies.

During a home demolition in Wadi El Na'am, on 14th October, 2014, the police arrested five village residents (Re. Don't say #425). They are still in custody. Incidentally, those arrested in a demonstration near Hura, at the end of November 2013, are also still under house arrest.
