Palestine-Israel, The joint struggle* on the last track of an 131 years settler colonialist Zionism.
Interwoven with the western imperial interests in the region, the nationalist-socialists Zionists initiated the immigration of nationalist Jews to Palestine. It interwove with the Ottoman-German-British-US dynamics and gradually collected momentum. As one of the last islands remained from the colonial era (mainly because it involved big settlers community and serving a strategic interests), its time is running out.... and faster since the "Arab Spring". Sensing the end, the die-hard leadership of the Zionist settler colonialists - in a last desperate effort continue as the end is not in sight and even increase its onslaught with diminishing restrain. On the back ground of this month election, the onslaught is collecting momentum last weeks - as if the third Intifada is what the Israeli elite want. The popular struggle collect momentum and more so in the weekends.

Bil'in
"Heading to #Bilin to commemorate two years to the death to the killing of Jawaher Abu Rahmeh. On the day Jawaher was killed the army bombed us with crazy amounts of tear gas, which suffocated Jawaher to death. No one was charged, no one was tried for the killing of this woman, just another Palestinian protester killed by the only democracy in the Middle East".
Israeli forces already shooting tear gas, sound bombs and skunk water at Palestinian, Israeli and International activists.
This Friday demonstration in Bil'in commemorated the killing of Jawaher Abu Rahmah by overexposure to army tear two years ago. Before the march even began, soldiers crossed the wall, and in an act of state sponsored bullying and terror set fire to an agricultural warehouse near the wall. While protesters were marching with Fatah, PFLP and Mubadra flags, fire fighters were extinguishing the fire and preventing it from spreading to the olive groves and the adjacent Abu Lamun oak tree reservation. The protesters gathered away from the wall, and while speeches were made, some children advanced to taunt the soldiers, suffering showers of skunk water. Later on protesters marched forward, and in a series of well orchestrated maneuvers that included some strategic stone throwing, managed to set ladders against the wall, climb them, and post Palestinian flags on the wall under constant showers of tear gas, stun grenades and rubber bullets.

Just another gimps on the increasing number of expressed helplessness of the Israeli armed forces in the confronting of the mounting unarmed third Intifada:

Some activists still remember the long months the Israeli state forces succeeded to prevent the Friday demonstration from touching or even approaching the separation fence.

Nabi Saleh
Protesters marched from Martyrs Square at the village's center towards the main road when they were attacked by Border Patrol soldiers with tear gas and massive amounts of rubber bullets as well as putrid skunk water. Later on, the soldiers invaded the village, spraying skunk water all over residential homes, then proceeded to storm several houses and arrest activists. One Palestinian activist was brutally beaten before dragged away by the soldiers, who also refused a medic to examine him. At least two more Israeli activists were also arrested. Before retreating towards the main entrance of the village, the soldiers continue to shoot local youths, using rubber bullets and a few rounds of live ammunition.
Activists report that the IOF are also firing large amounts of teargas and sprayed skunk directly at homes, as well as firing rubber coated steel bullets.

Israeli soldiers were seen inside a cloud of tear gas, after protesters threw back to them tear gas canister during the weekly protest against the occupation and settlements in the West Bank village of Nabi Saleh on January 4th, 2012.
-Under the military order 101, all protests organized by Palestinians in the West Bank are deemed illegal by the Israeli authorities and are routinely dispersed violently, leading to countless fatalities, injuries and arbitrary arrests.

Jerusalem - Al-Kuds
The popular committee of Issawia (occupied east Jerusalem) invites supporters to join them in their protest against police violence and the seizure of their lands.
Meeting place: the gas station in the entry to Issawia, this Friday at 12:30
From Issawia to Sheikh Jarrah 4.1.2013
Around 60 activists, Jews and Palestinians, participated in a solidarity visit in Issawiya, which has been targeted by violent attacks by the Israeli occupation.
Mohammad Abu Hummus: "They want us to lower our heads, they want us to give up, but that won't happen. Our children have been shot at with tear gas during their classes, inside the school. We told the Jerusalem municipality: Where have we come to, what's happening to our children, who are besieged by fear? The police tells us that it's an "operation".
What is an "operation"? To force a community to accept the loss of their lands, with a strangulating planning regime, to force it to stop protesting to release the political prisoner Samer Issawi from administrative detention. Terrorizing an entire population - that is what they call an "operation."

Don't say we did not know #343
On Wednesday, 26th December, 2012, the IDF blocked one of the routes connecting the Palestinian towns Yatta and Samu'a and villages Susya, Mnezel, Sha'b El Butm, Bir El'Id, Qawawis, Jinba and others, most of them are in the area of Firing Zone No. 918. The road is used to carry water and food to those villages as well as passage of teachers and students; it is also the shortest way to the Yatta hospital.
